(More customer reviews)This product worked so well when I first took it out of the box that I went a bit crazy and started shaving everything in sight!Then it suddenly stopped working completely (something another reviewer reported also); I assumed it was defective, and I put it to one side with the intention of returning it. About a week later I was going to pack it up for return; I pushed the "on" switch assuming it would still be dead, and it was working again! I've used it sparingly since then, and it seems to be okay (although I'm not pushing my luck!). I must admit it does a GREAT job when it's working. My recommendation is to use this product for short periods of time only, clean it out frequently, and not expect it to be "industrial strength"!
