(More customer reviews)If the guide is not securely locked to the adjusting tab on the trimmer head, the guide will not adjust properly.1st use I thought I was trimming at 6, but I actually was on 1.1st stroke cut a great gouge in a longer beard requiring me to cut to stubble !I didn't need that close a trim with winter here in MI !Ruined my beard on the 1st stroke !
Trimmer head falls off in your hand (if you're lucky) when you try to clean all that hair out of the trimmer.Not the same experience as the other review !
This is getting returned for an MB200.I had an MB300, but the battery would no longer hold a charge.I have to admit that I got 4 yrs use out of that one.
