(More customer reviews)The first time I used this hair dryer it had been going for only a few minutes when it began to overheat, smoke, and then shorted out completely. (I was using it in a standard US outlet, so there won't any special circumstances that might have caused this.) It's dead now, and I'm planning to write to the company to request a refund. I don't recommend it --in fact-- I strongly caution against purchase since this was a near fire hazard in my experience.
