(More customer reviews)I just got back from Japan and Australia, and this adapter worked fine. No problem in using my shaver, digital camera battery charger, or my Dell laptop. It worked both in Japan and Australia without a hitch. I was able to charge my Laptop overnight in Australia, using this adapter, and it worked fine. Don't know what else to say, other than that this product work great.
